To use these Rieker sneakers, simply unzip the side - zip and loosen the toggle laces, then put your feet in. Tighten the laces to your comfort level and zip up. When you're done walking, take them off in the reverse order. As for maintenance, avoid wearing them in extremely muddy or wet conditions.
