To use this watch, simply wind it up initially if it's stopped. Then set the time by pulling out the crown and turning it. When you're diving, make sure the crown is screwed down tightly to keep water out. For daily wear, it's very low - maintenance. Just wipe it with a soft cloth regularly to keep it clean. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields. If you're not going to wear it for a long time, store it in a dry place in its watch box.
